Description
ZW32 Auto recloser is a special type of electrical circuit breaker that is designed to rapidly open and close. Unlike circuit breakers, which are designed to “trip” and stay in the open state, it can rapidly transition states from closed, to open and back. These devices aim to stop network faults from causing long outages, by quickly restoring power.
Auto recloser is the automatic configuration of a circuit breaker to close after opening due to a protection operation. It is used in both Medium Voltage distribution and High Voltage Transmission, although in slightly different ways. Distribution VCB uses standalone auto reclosers, such as the Recloser product, which has an integrated control system, an HV Reclosing Circuit Breaker and a Remote SCADA FTU.
It is a long mechanical life vacuum switch that provides an operational life of over 100,000 (30,000 open / close) maintenance-free operations. Use our auto recloser ZW32 will result in substantial savings from reduced maintenance and maximized bank uptime and will also improve power quality. It complies with standards ANSIC37.66 and China standard. The rated voltage ranges 33KV 35KV 36KV 40.5KV. It has motorized spring type & magnetic actuator (with control box) type.
